ZYMOSISx2® Humics

Humic Compounds by Double Fermentation Technology

THE HUMIC COMPOUNDS, humic and fulvic acids, used for our biostimulants, organic fertilizers and organic soil improvers, are produced in our jaranese technology innovative factory,  unique in Europe. Our humics are certified and they contain the highest possible amount of humic acids. The raw material for their production is the mineral of leanardite, a mineral absolutely harmless, ecological, and the richest material in organic matter on the planet.

OUR HUMIC COMPOUNDS are unique in the global market. Their production is based on the method of integrated double fermentation-humification of organic matter by specific enzymes. Their action and effects have been proven on soil and plant by independent Research Institutes and Universities for more than 20 years.

The role of LEDRA’s HUMIC COMPOUNDS in soil:

They feed the beneficial microorganisms of soil and give energy for vital processes in plant (transpiration, denitrification, nitrification).

They dissolve the insoluble salts of the soil – and those that derives from continuous fertilization with inorganic fertilizers. They deliver them to the plant in an absorbable form.

They increase the stability ad availability of nitrogen in the soil.

They release phosphorus from the soil by breaking down the iron (Fe) and aluminum (Al) complexes.

They have great alternative cationic capacity. That means that, they retain many cations (K +, Mg ++, Ca ++) in exchangeable (absorbable) form, which they deliver to plants and prevent their leaching.

They have an anion exchange capacity and form bonds by retaining anions (NO3-) (SO3-) (CL-) (OH-) (HPO4–) in an absorbable form.

They break the clay releasing the trace elements.

They form chelates with positive metals such as Fe, Zn, Mn, making these trace elements receptive to plants, especially in alkaline soils.

They regulate the soil pH.

They adsorb toxic compounds and heavy metals from the atmosphere by helping to protect the natural environment and plants from toxic substances.

They create agglomerates resulting in excellent soil structure, air circulation and resistance to drought.

The role of LEDRA’s HUMIC COMPOUNDS in PLANT:

They cause increased crop production.

They improve the quality of the fruit (taste, color, nutritional value, size).

They affect the metabolism of the plant (respiration, enzyme activity, cell protoplasm viscosity, sugar distribution, protein synthesis, chlorophyll synthesis).

Their action is compared to the action of hormones and auxins, they affect plant’s metabolism in a similar way, contributing to its intense function.

They increase the plant’s intake of inorganic nutrients from the soil (especially nitrogen and trace elements).

They stimulate and promote the growth of plant roots, accelerate seed germination (rooting) and ensure successful transplantation.

They cause earliness as they accelerate plant’s biological life cycle.

Our Production Method takes the following steps:

a.  LEONARDITE is mined and milled.

b. It is mixed with the enzymes SET. The material is deposited in protected tumuli in order to achieve anaerobic fermentation. It is then transported to the factory beds equipped with special rotating agitators, enriching the material with oxygen and microorganisms to achieve aerobic fermentation.

c. HUMIFICATION is completed within 90-120 days, giving us the fraction of our organic substance. This goes under examinations and afterwards attributes our basis of our above mentioned fertilizer groups.

This organic substance consists of “humic compounds” and because its production is not based in digestion of organic material in acids, thus it is ECOLOGICAL and contains HIGH levels of HUMIC acids and LOWER levels of humine and fulvic acids. It is highly effective and the best there can be.
